It has a separate bedroom, private 3 piece bath and combined kitchen,dining and living area. it also has a private balcony with fantastic ocean views, bbq and table, chairs.It is approx 500 sq.ft The Lower Deck is ground level with private entrance and large patio. it also has a separate bedroom, private 3 piece bath, separate kitchen and dining area, and large living room. The patio has bbq and outdoor furniture. It is approx.800 sq.ft We are located in the district of Keppoch ( an old cottage area) with new home developments and part of the town of Stratford. It offers quiet, peaceful surroundings only minutes from historic Charlottetown and all facilities.
