Please contact the Owner. Restrictions and Limitations:*** Not SpecifiedCancellation Policy:For a one night reservation, the deposit equals the full room charge including taxes. (Book 2 nights or more and receive a 17% discount on our one night rate for two people.) For stays 2 to 5 nights a $100 deposit is required. A $250 deposit is required for stays of 6 to 10 nights. A stay of 11 plus nights requires a $500 deposit. The deposit amount is charged to a Credit Card at time of booking. The full deposit is forfeited if reservation is canceled within 21 days of your reservation. Reducing the number of nights booked is subject to a change fee. Should the room be rebooked for all the cancelled dates we will refund your deposit less $25. All other cancelled reservations prior to 21 days of the reserved dates are subject to a $25 fee.Cottage Bedrooms:
Cottage Overview:Our goal is to provide our guests with surroundings that offer relaxation, closeness to nature, the comfort of home with an abundance of activities on-site or very close by. Our six, one and two bedroom cottages have a secluded, quiet and attractive setting snuggled amongst pines and birch trees just off our private lake. The lake is a spring fed lake that has an abundance of trout. You are welcome to fish but you must have a valid PEI fishing license. You are welcome to use our rowboats and pedal boat supplied with life jackets to explore the lake. You will find nature trails winding along the lake though 20 acres of mixed forest. Confederation Trail boarders our property and can be used for hiking or biking. A playground for the kids and individual BBQs and picnic tables accompany each cottage. Gas BBQ's are also available on a first come first serve basis at a very modest charge for propane. The housekeeping units provide all the amenities for you to prepare and enjoy your own home cooked meal, or if you would like to take a break from the kitchen, there are great restaurants close by in Murray Harbour and Murray River.
